Douglas A. Parker received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Missouri at Columbia in 1992. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1995 and thereafter associated with the law firm of Martin & Associates, P.C., a small firm specializing in commercial collections and creditor's rights. In 1999, Mr. Parker associated with the Joplin law firm of Myers, Taylor & Associates, P.C. maintaining a broad civil practice including business law, commercial collections/creditors' rights, retail collections, workers' compensation and family law before joining the law firm of Neale & Newman as an associate in December 2002.

Mr. Parker is a member of the firm's Litigation Committee and has a general civil litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation, commercial collections, retail collections, personal injury, dissolution of marriage and family law matters.
