Jeffrey C. Goodnight received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater in 1999, with degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics. He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2002 and associated with Neale & Newman upon graduation.

While at the University of Arkansas, Mr. Goodnight was active in both the appellate and trial advocacy programs. He was also active in the Board of Advocates and Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Goodnight clerked for several prominent firms in the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri regions before graduation.

He is also assisting in updating Chapter Two of the Missouri Bar Series CLE for Workers' Compensation, dealing mainly with the Second Injury Fund. Mr. Goodnight has a broad practice ranging from representing both employers and insurers, as well as claimants, before the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation, to social security disability, family law, and commercial litigation.
